Xiaomi India announced that the company is taking a more comprehensive approach to customer service by offering live video support to its users. With support in 11 languages ​​including English and Hindi, the support service is valid for the brand’s smart TVs, robot vacuum cleaners and even smart water purifiers.

According to Xiaomi, this service is being introduced to ensure that customers can get their queries and problems resolved quickly from the comfort of their preferred location.

To use the service, users need to visit the Xiaomi India online portal and register a request. Xiaomi customer support representatives will get in touch with the customer over the phone, understand the problem, get more context and then proceed to share the video call link. Upon inspection, if the problem is not resolved, Xiaomi will send a representative to your location free of charge if your product is under the manufacturer’s warranty.
