Xiaomi TV Stick 4K launched with higher RAM and Dolby Vision support – Times of India

Xiaomi Its successor has been launched mi tv stick, company announced Xiaomi TV Stick 4K, Listed on the company’s global website, the new model offers 4K streaming and comes with support for Dolby Vision technology. It runs on Android TV 11 out-of-the-box.
Xiaomi has not revealed the price and availability of the new Xiaomi TV Stick 4K. It has been listed along with its features on the company’s global website. But, the new model is expected to be priced higher than the Mi TV Stick, which was launched in India in 2020 for Rs 2,799.
Xiaomi TV Stick 4K Specifications
The Xiaomi TV Stick 4K comes with the same storage capacity as its predecessor. It has 8GB storage with 2GB RAM. The Mi TV Stick has only 1GB of RAM.
The new model is powered by Android TV 11 with four cores of Cortex-A35 and Mali-G31 MP2 GPUs. It comes pre-installed with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and YouTube. This mode comes with support for both Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.
For wireless connectivity, the Xiaomi TV Stick 4K comes with dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.0. It is also equipped with an HDMI port for connecting to the TV and Micro-USB for power.
The streaming device comes with a remote that has dedicated hotkeys for Amazon Prime Video and Netflix, along with a dedicated button to activate Google Assistant.
