to all the boys i’ve loved before The trilogy was based on Jenny Han’s YA romantic bestseller As Sweet as the Shallows. the summer i turn pretty– But that is another story. Han is the creator, writer and executive producer of the show, which begins four years after the events of 2021 To all the boys: forever and ever, Lara Jean and Margot are mentioned in the show, while dad, Dan (John Corbett) makes a few appearances to be supportive and give wise advice.

Kitty decides to come to Seoul to spend time with her long-distance boyfriend, Dae (Choi Min-young). She applies to Seoul’s Korean Independent School (which just happens to have the acronym KISS) as an exchange student for her junior year of high school, just like her mother. Day reads into Kiss, and Kitty plans to surprise him at the welcome dance. Well, being a high school teen show, we know how it’s going to turn out.

There is no shortage of K-drama through the 10 short episodes as Kitty discovers the truth about herself and those around her. His mother had a secret. Why is Principal Jina (Yunjin Kim) refusing to acknowledge Kitty’s mother, even though they were best friends and roommates? Gina’s daughter, social media star, Yuri (Gia Kim) falls in love with someone her parents don’t think is suitable. Dae’s best friend, poor little rich guy Min Ho (Sang Heon Lee), and fellow American Q (Anthony Kevan) must also sort out their feelings. Is part-French part-Greek and full-on hot or haute Florian (Theo Augier) interested in Q? Is flaky, stoic Madison (Jocelyn Shelfo) serious about Min Ho?

Is kind teacher, Alex (PETER THURNWALD) related to Kitty? Why was Julianna (Reagan Aliyah) sent to London? And why is Professor Lee (Michael K. Lee) so mean? Incidentally, he is the one who dismisses Kitty and her “offensive audacity”. All the Way Towards the End comes with a sequel-demanding conclusion ending in coach with an extended airport sequence.

And shall we wait for it? Of course, there seems every good reason to spend time with these well-dressed and exceptionally well-behaved boys and girls as they go about their perfect picture perfect lives to the right bubblegum music.
