Yezdi Adventure was seen hinting at an imminent start during the shoot of TVC

The Yezdi brand is all set to return under the umbrella of classic legends and the company’s first offerings are clearly visible in these latest images that have surfaced online. As per the source, the spy shots reveal the upcoming Yezdi adventure which is all set and were seen during the TVC shoot. adventure tourer will be a Royal Enfield Himalayan The rival can be seen with a Jerry Cane mounted near the fuel tank and panniers. Interestingly, the Yezdi Adventure looks almost identical to the Himalayan with its utilitarian styling at first glance.

The spy shots reveal a lot about the design like the round LED headlamps that get the Triumph-inspired ‘Y’ motif at the centre. It gets both high- and low-set front fenders. There are also handguards covering the handlebar which we expect are standard, while the LCD instrument display is high-mounted and in peripheral vision of the rider. This also opens up room for the possibility of turn-by-turn navigation via Bluetooth on the unit.

The fuel tank, split seats, an upside-down exhaust, among other details, all showcase the adventurous nature of the bike. Speaking of which, the side panel bears the name ‘Adventure’ while Yezdi branding can be seen on the fuel tank. While the tire size is not yet known, the model is likely to feature a 21-inch spoke wheel at the front and a 17-inch unit at the rear, similar to the Himalayan. The bike also gets disc brakes at either end and will come with dual-channel ABS with dual-purpose tyres.

But the Adventure will not be the only motorcycle under the Yezdi brand. Another launch will be the Yezdi Scrambler which was also spotted with minimal cover. The name can be seen on the side panels along with flat handlebar, chopped tail section, ribbed single-piece seat and blacked-out engine. We will also get a glimpse of two other motorcycles behind the Scrambler, which are likely different iterations of the Yezdi roadking. Adventure, Scrambler and Roadking are likely to have similar bases. The Roadking will be positioned as the rival of the Royal Enfield Meteor 350. The bike will come with alloy wheels, split seats and possibly several accessory options. One variant can be seen with a flyscreen, backrest and a polished exhaust unit.

There is no official word on the powertrain yet, but the Yezdi motorcycles are expected to draw power from the 334 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine for around 30 bhp and 32.74 Nm of peak torque. This is the same unit that has been seen on the Jawa Perak and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

The market has changed dramatically since Yezdi motorcycles were last sold on our roads. The brand will not only compete with Royal Enfield, its biggest rival till date but also the offerings from Benelli, Honda and even Triumph in the future. However for the consumer, choice is always a good thing.
