Yezdi The Roadster shares its engine with Yezdi Scrambler And Yezdi Adventure Which uses a 334cc liquid-cooled engine that makes 29 bhp and 29 Nm of torque, which is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Yezdi claims a mileage of 29.5 kpl and a top speed of 140 kmph.

The Yezdi Roadster competes with the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 in the Indian market. The Meteor was recently updated with two new colors, albeit in the UK market. Apart from the Meteor 350, the Roadster also competes with the Jawa 4, the new Royal Enfield Classic 350, the recently launched Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and the Honda CB 350 range.
