Yogi Sarkar to survey unrecognized madrasas – Times of India

Lucknow: Yogi Adityanath’s government Uttar Pradesh have decided to conduct a survey in unrecognized madrasas To find out information about the number of students, teachers, curriculum and its affiliation with any NGO.
The objective behind the survey of unrecognized madrasas is to ensure basic facilities to the students.
Uttar Pradesh Minister of State for Minority Welfare, Muslim Waqf and waqf department, Danish Azad AnsariSaid that the order also grants maternity leave and child care leave to the women employees working in madrasas in the light of the rules applicable in the Department of Secondary Education and Basic Education.
Instructions have been issued to all the district magistrates regarding the survey.
The survey of unrecognized madrasas will be completed by the teams by October 5, which will include district officials. sub Divisional magistrate (SDM), Basic Education Officer (BSA) and District Minority Officer.
Once the survey is done, the report will be submitted to the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) after which the ADM will submit the consolidated report to the District Magistrates (DM).
