Apple is fixing multiple issues with iPhones in the next update

iPhone users have complained about connectivity issues after updating to iOS 17 version and Apple is already working on a fix for it.

Many iPhone users have been complaining about Wi-Fi connectivity issues after they updated to iOS 17 version. And it seems Apple is already aware of the problem and will roll out a fix via the next iOS 17.2 update.

According to reports, the company has started the best testing of iOS 17.2 version which not only promises to fix the Wi-Fi connectivity issues, but also improve the slow performance complaints and frequent connection drops on the network. The iOS 17.2 beta version has worked on these issues and reports say Apple will release the new version for iPhone users in December.

Personally, we haven’t seen any major connectivity issues on our iPhones running the iOS 17 version but going by reports, the problem is limited to select users who have raised the issue with the company, which explains Apple working on a fix for them in a beta update already. It is definitely good to see Apple proactively work on such problems, no matter how limited the problem is being faced.

The fact that Apple is working on these issues via a software update suggests it is not related to any hardware problem and hopefully the problem gets fixed with a quick update which as reported should be rolling out in the coming weeks.

Apple had just released the iOS 17.1 update for compatible iPhones and in addition to this, the company also launched the new M3 series silicone for Macs and iPads. It has also launched new MacBook Pros with the M3 chips and a new iMac is also available with the new M3 silicone for buyers. The new MacBook Pros come in 14-inch and 16-inch variants, while the 13-inch model has been removed from Apple’s lineup.
