Zaika Galli Ka: Enjoy the Enchanting Street Flavors of India at Radisson, Udyog Vihar

You can go anywhere in India, and one thing you will definitely find are the streets full of food. Be it the famous litti chokka of Bihar, the vada pav of Maharashtra, the prickly chaat of Delhi or the lovely puchke of Bengal; There is certainly no end to what you can have. However, when we crave street food, we don’t always get all the state’s famous items in a single market. Hence, we have to travel from one place to another in search of our favorite street food. But what if you got everything in one place? Wouldn’t that be great?! Well, if you’re looking to find street food all at once, trust us, you’re in luck! Radisson, Udyog Vihar brings to you the celebration of Indian street food in its latest event, Zaika Galli Ka!

The concept created by Vikram and Manish from Desi Parkhi reflects the flavors of India. They picked up dishes from Bihar, Bengal, UP, Delhi, Mathura, Lucknow, Banaras, Mumbai and South India! And not only that; Considering the variety of Indian street food, but both also presents some of our delicious dishes from Indo-Chinese cuisine!

When talking to its General Manager Namit Vij, he said, “Street food is always a weak link when it comes to food hygiene and safety. The love for street food is still not driving people from discovering it at the cost of their health. The street food festival is a step towards ensuring that people enjoy the same taste and taste without compromising on health.”

So, to get a taste of Zaika Galli Ka, we recently went to the event and had some famous items from different states! Firstly, starting with the famous Litti Chok of Bihar, it had the perfect pungent taste that you would expect from the dish. Then moving on to the cuisine of Bengal, we highly recommend that you try the spicy Puchka and the delicious Chole Aloo Chaat!
