Zerodha CEO Nitin Kamath receives ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award

Zerodha CEO Nitin Kamath received the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award from Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman at a media house award ceremony. He took to Twitter and shared his journey of how one can build a successful business without following norms.

“No business background. No genealogy education across the team. No VC/PE. No advertising spend. No spamming customers. @zerodhaonline is an example that building a successful business is common sense with common sense,” tweeted Kamath. Can be done by people who want to solve a problem.
