The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) on Wednesday reported 6,979 new cases, while neighboring Medchal Malkajgiri reported 132 cases, Ranga Reddy 174 and Sanga Reddy 26. With 21 new cases, Khammam reported the maximum number of cases outside the GHMC limits, outside Hyderabad city and its outskirts.
