“31,850 families filled forms with details of deaths of COVID-19 in their families and handed them over (during the yatra) to Congress workers. These included 11,208 forms from Saurashtra region, 8,045 from North Zone, 5,136 from North Zone Central Zone, and 7,461 from South Zone, according to Solanki.
He alleged that the BJP tried to “hide its real face by changing the leadership in the government”.
He said, “During the pandemic people have witnessed government-made calamities. Due to poor administration and system failure, 2.81 lakh people (due to Covid-19) have lost their lives as against 10,081 claimed by the state government. Huh.”
