“We refer to your email dated July 22, in which you mentioned that you will facilitate amendments to the Constitution, conduct elections and refer matters to a democratically elected body within 20 weeks from the date of the decision. In this regard, we believe that this is an unsatisfactory reply…,” Weil said in his letter to the CoA, a copy of which is with PTI.
