The much-awaited 2021 Ducati Supersport 950 has been launched in India, and the motorcycle is offered in two variants – Supersport 950 and Supersport 950S. While the former is priced at ₹ 13.49 Lakh, the Supersport 950S prices start at ₹ 15.49 Lakh. ₹ 15.69 Lakh for Ducati Red paint scheme and Arctic White silk color (All prices are ex-showroom India). The base trim SuperSport 950 is offered in Ducati Red color only. Bookings have now started at all Ducati dealerships across India and deliveries will be effective immediately.

The Ducati Supersport 950 is powered by a 937 cc Testastretta, 11°, Twin-Cylinder Engine. The motor is now Euro 5/BS6 compliant and makes 110 bhp at 9,000 rpm and 93 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. The oil bath clutch is now activated by a new hydraulic control with a self-bleeding radial-pump equipped with an adjustable lever.
The side panels of the 2021 Supersport 950S feature twin air vents, an element borrowed from the Panigale family.
Visually, the most notable upgrades made in the new Ducati Supersport 950 modified fairing that takes inspiration from Panigale V4. The new side panels come with twin air ducts that remove heat from the rider. Twin LED headlights have now been integrated into the fairing while the intakes next to the headlights fill the engine with fresh air. The two bi-function LED modules complement one low beam and one high beam creating a symmetrical look as the lights are on.
The Supersport 950S gets a new full-colour TFT instrument console, with design and graphics inspired by the Panigale V4.
The bike also gets a new 4.3-inch full-TFT display and improved electronics such as Bosch Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control (DTC) EVO, Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) EVO, and Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) Up/Down EVO. The bike also gets three riding modes – Sport, Touring, Urban. As for the bike parts, the Supersport 950 features a single-sided swingarm, a trellis frame fixed to the engine, raised handlebars for greater control, a revised pillar seat, multi-adjustable suspension, three-spoke “Y” aluminum Comes with wheels. Suspension duties on the Supersport 950 are handled by 43mm Marzocchi USD forks up front, hydraulics and fully adjustable in preload as well as a Sachs monoshock at the rear with spring preload adjustment and hydraulic brakes in extension. The Supersport 950S, on the other hand, comes equipped with multi-adjustable Ohlins suspension at both ends. Up front, we have 48mm Stanchion forks with TIN treatment, and at the rear, there’s an Ohlins mono-shock, fully adjustable, with an integrated gas tank. Braking performance Brembo M4-32 monoblock comes with two 320 mm discs at the front along with radial calipers, while the rear wheel gets 245 mm discs with Brembo two-piston calipers.
