The Mahindra XUV300 starts at ₹ 8.41 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is significantly more expensive than the Hyundai Venue facelift. The SUV looks older on the features front but gets more powerful engine options along with higher safety ratings. Remember, the XUV300 gets the longest wheelbase in its class, which makes for good second row space even though the boot offers limited storage capacity. For those looking at the 1.0-litre turbo petrol variant of the Venue, the XUV300 turbo petrol is also set to get a more powerful variant soon.
