2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid price hiked by Rs 1.75 lakh – Times of India

Toyota Kirloskar Motor launches facelifted Camry Hybrid 41.70 lakh for the only full variant on offer in India in January this year. Although luxury sedan Now it has seen its first price hike in the country. Toyota has hiked the price of the Camry Hybrid by Rs 1.75 lakh, which means the sedan will now set you back Rs 43.45 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom).
It should be noted that no changes have been made to the sedan. Some of the highlights of the 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid include a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 10-way powered driver seat, wireless phone charger, heads-up display, 9-speaker JBL sound system. With subwoofer, three-zone climate control, leather seats, heads-up display, semi-digital instrument cluster, electric sunroof and more.
Safety features on offer include nine airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors, a rear parking camera, park assist, vehicle stability control, traction control, hill-start assist and tire pressure monitoring. Powering the 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid is a 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine that makes 178 PS of maximum power and 221 Nm of torque. Additionally, the car gets an electric motor, which boosts the power output to 218 PS. The engine is mated to an e-CVT gearbox as standard.
Toyota offers the Camry Hybrid in India in seven different paint schemes namely Attitude Black, Platinum White Pearl, Graphite Metallic, Metal Stream Metallic, Red Mica, Silver Metallic and Burning Black. As of now, Toyota Camry Hybrid has only one direct rival in the Indian market, i.e. Skoda Superb, which is priced between Rs 32.85 – 35.85 Lakh (ex-showroom).
