“21 Days Off Sugar”: Masaba Gupta Gives Us Major Fitness Goals

Popular fashion designer and actor Masaba Gupta is one of those celebrities who inspire us to stay healthy and eat clean. If you keep an eye on her social media, you will find her sharing diet tips as well. Masaba reveals how she managed Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD) by changing her diet. She also shared how giving up dairy products has benefited her overall health. Then there were a few Insta-stories, which featured her healthy home-cooked meals, replacing all the decadent recipes. Keeping up with the tradition, the ‘Masaba Masaba’ actress shared on Instagram that she is currently on a sugar-free diet. For the unversed, the no-sugar diet completely restricts the intake of added sugar. It is also called sugar free diet.

masaba took to the photo-sharing app to pen a heart-warming note on his struggles during his regime and how he overcame them.

She wrote, “Just completed 21 days off refined sugar. And I can’t believe I did it.” Masaba said that the 17th and 18th days of the 21-day regime were the toughest as her body was used to sweets, chocolates and all other “nonsense”. According to him, these sinful indulgences were affecting his stomach health. So, “You have to cut cords overnight. Not even a piece of dark chocolate or alternatives like honey/molasses cake. Nothing,” she mentions.
