22 year old transporter found hanging in Sarsuna Kolkata News – Times of India

Kolkata: A 22-year-old man allegedly died by suicide at his residence Sarsuna College Thursday morning. Sources said that the victim Firoji GhaziAfter his wife returned to her father’s home in Lake Town after arguing over several issues, a small transporter was depressed. Both of them got married four and a half months ago.
“There were many reasons why the couple could not reconcile. Ghazzi’s family has informed us that his wife claimed she was “uncomfortable” to live here listened Wanted to settle down with him and somewhere closer to home. We also have reasons to suspect that Ghazi’s financial condition had also come under the scrutiny of his wife. However, all these claims have been made by Ghazi’s family. We will speak to his wife soon,” said an investigating officer of Sarsuna police station.
“His family tried to wake him up at 6 am on Thursday as he had to send a car to a customer during the day. When there was no response, they broke open the door and found it hanging from the ceiling. He was taken to Vidyasagar Hospital where he was declared brought dead. “We are probing the matter, but we have not received any formal complaint yet. We have started an investigation,” said an official. The locals of Sarsuna said that Ghazi was excited about his wedding and had waited for the Covid to end so that he could get married with a grand reception in the presence of family and friends.
Every third person who died by suicide in Bengal last year was going through some family or relationship trouble. This was revealed in the report titled ‘Accidental Deaths and Suicides in India 2021’ released by National Crime Records Bureau few days ago.
