4 IPOs this week: Global Health, Bikaji Foods, Fusion Micro Finance, DCX Systems

The primary market is heading towards peak times and four companies are preparing for their initial public offerings (IPOs) this week. Global Health Ltd., which operates hospitals under the Medanta brand, and microfinance lender Fusion Micro Finance Limited, preparing for my IPO this week. The other two companies whose IPOs are set to open are: DCX SystemsManufacturer of cable and wire harness assemblies and Bikaji Foods International.

According to merchant banking sources, these four companies are expected to come together 4,500 crore through IPO.

DCX Systems’ initial share sale will open for public subscription on October 31 and end on November 2, while the Fusion Micro Finance sale will be open during November 2-4.

The IPOs of Global Health and Bikaji Foods will open for subscription on November 3 and close on November 7.

Equity shares of all the four companies will be listed on BSE and NSE.

So far 22 companies have issued their IPO in 2022 44,000 crores.

Other IPOs in November

Apart from these, Uniparts India and Five Star Business Finance are expected to come out with their respective IPOs in November.

IPO in 2021

In 2021, 63 IPOs raised more than 1.19 lakh crore as per the data of the exchanges.
