Shimla: Himachal Pradesh 9. Reported COVID-19 Death and 499 positive cases on Friday while 702 positive patients have also been cured.
Five have been reported from Shimla district, two Market District while one each from Hamirpur and Kangra districts. There are total 279697 confirmed cases in the state out of which 4132 cases are active, 271486 patients have been cured while 4058 patients have died.
The maximum number of positive cases have been reported from Kangra and Mandi districts. So far a total of 4387175 persons have been tested for COVID-19 out of which 4107473 persons have been tested negative. From 7 pm on Thursday, a total of 7595 samples were tested in the state and the report of 5 samples is awaited.
The reported positive cases include 32 Bilaspur District, 47 from Chamba district, 43 from Hamirpur district, 140 from Kangra district, 3 from Kinnaur district, 19 from Kullu district, 6 from Lahaul-Spiti district, 91 from Mandi district, 51 from Shimla district, 23 from Sirmaur district, 22 From district Solan district and 22 from Una district.
Those recovered include 79 from Bilaspur district, 20 from Chamba district, 115 of Hamirpur district, 184 from Kangra district, 4 of Kinnaur district, 14 of Kullu district, 7 of Lahaul-Spiti district, 110 of Mandi district, 36 of Shimla district. Are included. 41 from Sirmaur district, 39 from Solan district and 53 from Una district.
Bilaspur district has 339 active cases, Chamba district has 329 active cases, Hamirpur district has 428 active cases, Kangra district has 978 active cases, Kinnaur district has 54 active cases, Kullu district has 122 active cases, Lahaul- Spiti district has 29 active cases. Mandi district has 518 active cases, Shimla district has 406 active cases, Sirmaur district has 243 active cases, Solan district has 380 active cases and Una district has 306 active cases.
