New Delhi: A 5.9 magnitude earthquake struck Iran near the Turkish border on Saturday (January 29, 2023) killing at least three people and injuring over 300.
The epicenter of the earthquake is being reported to the Khoy city of Iran’s West Azerbaijan province.

An official told a news channel that it was snowing in some affected areas, freezing temperatures and some power cuts were reported.
