Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Wednesday announced Rs 2 lakh each for the families of those killed in lightning strikes in Virudhunagar and Kallakurichi districts.
A total of six people died of electrocution due to lightning on Wednesday evening.
Chief Minister MK Stalin also expressed condolences to the families of the deceased.
