After a gap of two years, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore celebrated its physical convocation on Friday. A total of 690 students from various programs graduated during the 47th Convocation.
The institute has announced that this year, degrees have been awarded to 11 students of Doctoral Program (PhD), Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP): 488, Executive Post Graduate Program in Management (EPGP): 76, Post Graduate Program in Enterprise Management . PGPEM): 75, and Post Graduate Program in Business Analytics (PGP-BA): 40. This year, nine students have secured first position in their various courses and have won gold medals.

In the Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP) 2020-2022, 27-year-old Pratyush Goyal has been ranked first, while Avirudh Jain and Priyank Dedhia are in second place. In Management (PGP) and Postgraduate Program in Business Analytics (PGP-BA) 2020-2022 combined, 24-year-old Maithili K has won a gold medal for best all-round performance for the postgraduate programme.
Meanwhile, for the inaugural graduating batch of the Postgraduate Program in Business Analytics (PGP-BA) 2020-2022, Jeevan Nagaraj is the first rank holder. In the Executive Postgraduate Program in Management (EPGP) 2021-2022, Bendy Ashok Kumar is the first rank holder and Renganathan Sekar is the best all-round performer. and Rohan Bajala is the first rank holder in the Post Graduate Program in Enterprise Management (PGPEM) 2020-2022, while Umesh D is the best all round performer.
