The nominated films, actors and filmmakers were being unveiled at a pre-dawn live-stream ceremony hosted by actors Leslie Jordan and Tracee Ellis Ross.

The festival – a celebration of the best films from a year in which Covid-weary audiences slowly go back to the theatres – will be held on March 27.
