Sharing her thoughts about the doodle, artist Neeti said that one of our fondest memories, the age-old tradition of kite flying has been an integral part of the Indian Independence Day celebrations.
When asked if he took inspiration from anything in particular for this doodle? Are there specific elements of the artwork that have symbolic meaning? Niti said: “A: Kites are also an outlet for artistic expression—many of them carrying modern forms or even social messages.
