Aam Aadmi Party has opposed One Nation One Election as anti-democratic and dangerous seating. The Law Commission had expressed opinion on the One Nation One Election proposal from the political parties. According to the proposal of One Nation One Election, the elections of the Center and the States should be held simultaneously. This proposal was placed before the Law Commission and in 2018 the Law Commission supported the proposal.
