Aloo 65 Recipe I How to make Hyderabad-Style Aloo 65:

Take 5 raw potatoes and soak them in water. Grate the potatoes and dip the grated potatoes in water. After some time filter the water and squeeze out the excess water. Add some refined flour to the grated potatoes, also add corn starch, Kashmiri red chili powder, chaat masala and ginger-garlic paste and mix everything well. Then add some salt to it and make small balls from the mixture.

Fry these balls on medium flame till they become crispy and golden brown. Do not touch the balls until they are lightly cooked and float. Then turn it over and cook it from all sides. Then take some curd, add corn starch and Kashmiri red chili powder. Now heat oil in a pan, add some garlic, whole red chili and curry leaves and fry it. Add onion and coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and black pepper powder. Pour the curd mixture into the pan. You can add a little water if necessary. Add some salt and mix everything well. Pour some lemon juice over it and add fried potato balls in the gravy, cook for some time and serve hot with coriander leaves.
