Firstly, we have to cut the dates and soak them overnight. (If you have less time you can also soak them in milk and microwave them for 2 minutes.) Preheat oven to 220°C. Make a smooth paste by mixing soaked dates, milk and sugar. Now take out this paste in another bowl and put oil in it. Gradually add flour and mix well. Add chopped cashews and almonds and save it for some time. Line a baking tin with butter paper and pour the batter into it. Sprinkle the saved nuts on top. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Once done, let it cool for some time before serving. Wheat Date Cake is ready!
