To make this, first wash the rice and soak it in water for 20 minutes. Now, take the chicken thighs and cut them into equal sized pieces. Wash these pieces thoroughly and remove the excess water. In a bowl add curd, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and black pepper powder. Beat well and keep aside.

After this heat ghee in a pan. Add garlic clove and onion. Fry well. Now add ginger and green chilies to it. Add the whipped curd mixture and mix well.
