First, heat oil in a pan, add two coarsely chopped onions, tomatoes, curd and add garlic, ginger and whole spices. Fry it for a while and add whole red chilies and green chilies. Then add red chili powder, coriander, turmeric and salt and fry it well. After the masala is cooked, cool it and make a smooth paste in the mixture.

Take a pan, heat some oil, add kasoori methi and mix it with the prepared paste. Sprinkle garam masala on it. Now cut some cheese and keep it aside. Take out the remaining square pieces of paneer and keep them in a plate. Now crush the paneer. Heat a pan, add some oil, add finely chopped onion and fry lightly. Add grated paneer to it, prepare the stuffing with spices. Spread the prepared filling on the paneer slices and roll out. Then heat it on a tawa and mix it in the gravy. Once done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
