Two student leaders of ABVP were suffering from dehydration and their blood pressure also dropped during the strike. One of the two student leaders had to be transferred to a state-run SSG Hospital in an ambulance.
Members of the right-wing student body, who sat on a sit-in overnight inside the campus of the Faculty of Commerce, said the strike was called off after the university’s vice-chancellor (VC) assured them the third year results through video call. B.Com Will be announced in the first week of August.

He said that the results should be declared within 45 days of the examination as per the resolution of the syndicate.
