New Delhi: A letter from a Bengali actor Prosenjit Chatterjee Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee complaining about the failure of a food delivery app His order has gone viral on social media.
Chatterjee on Saturday took to Twitter to share the letter, in which he wrote, “I placed an order on the food delivery app…after sometime the order status got delivered but I never received the food…I got money Since the order was prepaid.”

“However, I wanted to draw your attention as I think anyone can face this issue. What if someone relies on Food App to deliver their food to their guest and the food never arrives? What if someone relies on these food apps for their food? Will they go hungry?” read the letter.
The letter caught the attention of Twitterati soon after, with several social media users starting to react to the actor’s post. “So now it is the duty of the PM and CM to keep an eye on the food delivery services! Wow!,” a user asked.
Some users who took the post lightly commented that the actor “forgot to mention Indian and US Presidents in the letter.”
Another user said, ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi will request you to kindly call an emergency meeting and call the NIA to investigate the matter. This is serious!!”
