AMMK leader TTV Dhinakaran on Tuesday said that the AIADMK is headed for collapse.
In an informal conversation with reporters at Koothhapar near Thiruverumbur here, he said AIADMK is a political party which is above caste and religious considerations. But former Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami was working against its core principles by leading caste and religion centric politics. He was trying to achieve his goal by taking every kind of support. He had declared himself General Secretary of AIADMK through an organized General Council by spending huge money.
On sealing the AIADMK office, he said former Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam was the party’s convener and treasurer till 10 am on Monday. Had they been allowed to enter the party office without any hindrance, the current situation (sealing of AIADMK office) could have been avoided. The time was not far when Mr Palaniswami would be ousted by AIADMK workers, he believed.
