AIBE 17 result expected to be declared by end of April 2023 or first week of May 2023

The Bar Council of India (BCI) is going to declare the All India Bar Examination (AIBE XVII) 2023 Result very soon. Once released, the AIBE 17 results will be made available on the official website- allindiabarexamination.com. AIBE 2023 was conducted offline on February 5 from 10 am to 1 pm.

As per the sources, the result of AIBE 17 is expected to be declared by the end of April 2023 or in the first week of May 2023. The scorecard can be downloaded using the roll number and date of birth of the candidate.

On February 13, Provisional answer key for AIBE 17 released, and candidates had time till February 20 to file complaints regarding the same. After checking the objections of the applicants the AIBE 17 Revised Answer Key was made available by the council on 14th April.

AIBE XVII Result 2023: Steps to download

Steps: 1. To check their result, candidates must visit the official website allindiabarexamination.com.

Step: 2. On the homepage, click on AIBE 17th Result 2023 link.

Step: 3. Candidates will be directed to a separate page where they will have to enter their roll number and provide information.

Steps: 4. After submitting the details AIBE result will be shown on the screen.

Steps: 5. Download the result and take a printout of it for future reference.

This year the cut-off score of AIBE 17 was lowered due to the elimination of two questions. With the new adjustments, the council prepared the final result on the basis of the remaining 98 questions of the 100-question AIBE 17. After skipping 2 questions, the cut-off of AIBE 17 will be 40 percentile of 98 marks for general category candidates. and 35 percent out of 98 marks for Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates.

Within one month from the declaration of result and submission of application by the qualified candidates, the candidates will be granted Certificate of Practice (COP) by the State Bar Council. Those who pass the All India Bar Examination will be allowed to practice law in India.
