All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen chief Asaduddin Owaisi condemned the demolition of madrassas in Assam on 02 September. Speaking to ANI, he said, “Demolition of madrassas in Assam is condemnable as the Biswa government gave them only 12 hours. The institution was there for 3 years. In that situation 260 students had to be rehabilitated with neighbors throughout the day.
