The Air Force Association (AFA), in its meeting at the Utkal Samaj here recently, has decided to conduct an awareness campaign on the armed forces through organizing seminars in schools and colleges across Andhra Pradesh. It was also decided in the meeting to organize membership drive in the entire state.
The need to organize blood donation camps for the benefit of the Air Force fraternity as well as to meet the needs of the general public was also discussed in the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Veteran Sergeant and first Vice Chancellor of Damodaram Sanjeevayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam Y. Satyanarayana did it.
Veteran Sergeant Chandrashekhar Rao, Veteran Junior Warrant Officer Nagula Srinivasa Rao and Convener of AFA, Visakhapatnam Chapter, Veteran Junior Warrant Officer Somnath Sahu participated.
