Alia Bhatt on Monday shared a birthday post for director Ayan Mukerji and it has behind-the-scenes glimpses from his upcoming film. brahmastra, The actress shared a string of three images from the sets of the film, their first collaboration together. Ayan, 39, has directed films like This youthness is crazy (2013) and wake up sido (2009). Wishing him, Alia wrote, “Happy birthday my wonder-Astra. You amaze me everyday! I love you so much. Love and light baby for life.”
Karan Johar, who is the co-producer brahmastrashared a special message for Ayan on Instagram. His post read: “Love is such a strong feeling and feeling…it can be divided and still felt in abundance…I love you Ayan and feel equally protective of you As much as I do for my twins…. I know the decade (entire decade) of the work you did in your film Brahmastra… I have never seen anyone dedicate their professional life to any one project What will happen tomorrow or September 9th for us we can’t predict at this time! Ayan Mukerji makes his debut as a director wake up sido (2008) starring Ranbir Kapoor and Konkona Sen Sharma. his next direction This youthness is crazy (2013) starring Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Aditya Roy Kapur and Kalki Koechlin was a hit. brahmastra This will be his third directorial debut.
The film also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. It will release on 9 September 2022.
