The yoga expert shared several easy-to-follow exercises that can help with your posture and solve back pain issues. She also mentioned that “wrong posture, sloping shoulders, lack of exercise, age, etc. are some of the most common causes of back pain.”

Here are the exercises that the celebrity yoga expert shared-

Cat Cow Pose- To do this pose, you have to bend down on all fours, take a deep breath and stretch your back as much as possible.

bridge pose- True to its name, Bridge Pose requires you to lie on your back and push your hips upward. Hold the position and close your hands under your hips.

camel pose- Camel pose can be done by sitting on your knees and touching the balls of your feet. To do this, lean backwards.

cobra pose- Cobra pose also helps in relieving back and spine. This can be done by leaning yourself on a flat surface. Then lean back so that you feel a stretch in your back.

Half Lord of Fish Pose- This pose enables you to stretch your entire back and torso at the same time. Begin by sitting normally, and take the help of your knee to twist your entire torso as far as you can.
