Aloe Vera Gel from Oatmeal, Home Remedies for Prickly Heat

Exposure to excessive sun in summer can damage your skin. Sweat clogs the pores of the skin, which leads to rashes. Most of us have experienced unsightly red bumps when summer hits. Porridge

Make sure the water is not boiling as this can make your rash worse.

Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) can be used to relieve itching of the skin. This is also something that almost everyone has in their pantry. As a result, it is an excellent home remedy for heat rash and other irritating skin ailments. Soak for 20 minutes in a lukewarm bath with 3 to 5 teaspoons of baking soda.

Aloe vera gel

Aloe vera gel is one of the biggest cures for skin ailments, including rashes. Aloe vera gel has anti-inflammatory properties and can help reduce redness and irritation. Apply aloe vera gel on the pimples and wash it off with cold water overnight or for 15 to 20 minutes.

Pine tar
