Bathinda: Former DGP and Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh SidhuChief Strategic Adviser to Mohammad Mustafa has intensified his attack against former Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh.
Even the former IPS officer called Amarinder Singh a parasite. He has asked Amridar to challenge Sidhu from any assembly seat in Punjab. He also said that the security deposit of the former CM will be forfeited.
He further said that after losing the chair, he (Amarinder) seems to have lost his mental balance too. He wrote on Twitter, “Captain sir you can’t change your own destiny, how can you with Navjot Sidhu, who is the epitome of sacrifice and principled fighting. Let us leave it to the people of Punjab to choose the next Chief Minister.”
“Challenge the NSS to face you in any of the 117 seats, and not seek scapegoats against it. We would request that Congress To allow the leadership to fight the NSS on your home turf Patiala and give you a run for your money. And if the outcome differs from confiscation of your deposit, we will leave the political space for good,” he further wrote on the microblogging site.
He further wrote, “Surprised to hear that you are leaving Congress. You left Congress long back, only wearing a mascot.”
Captain Amarinder Singh on Thursday reiterated that Navjot Singh Sidhu is not fit for politics in the border state, where Pakistan is eyeing audacity. Talking to media persons at Chandigarh airport on his return from his two-day visit to Delhi, he had also said that he (Amarinder) would not allow Navjot Sidhu to win the election.
