Amazon has changed the start date of its biggest festival sale of the year- great indian festival sales. 2021 edition Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale Now it will start from 3rd October. The change in date was announced after arch-rival Flipkart postponed its Big Billion Days sale till October 3. The Flipkart Big Billion Sale will now start from October 3 to October 10. Amazon has not yet disclosed how long the sale will last. However, like in 2020, the Amazon Great Indian Sale is likely to last till Diwali which is on November 4 this year. Buyers can shop on Amazon in several languages, besides English and Hindi, which are Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali and Marathi.
Sale starts soon for Amazon Prime members
Like all Amazon sales, the Amazon Great Indian Festival sale will start a day earlier for Prime members. Amazon has confirmed this. However, the company has not disclosed how soon this is. The sale will most likely go live 12 hours earlier for Prime members.
Offers on HDFC Bank Cards and Amazon Pay
HDFC Bank is the partner bank in Amazon Prime Day Sale 2021. This means all purchases made using HDFC Bank credit/debit cards and EMI transactions will be eligible for 10% instant discount. Amazon also said that shoppers can save up to Rs 5,000 on daily payments such as sending money, paying bills, booking tickets and during sales using Amazon Pay. Shoppers will receive rewards that can be redeemed during the event. Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card users will get 5% reward points along with joining bonus of Rs 750. Rs 1000 rewards for customers using Rs 1000 gift cards, Rs 200 rewards by adding money to Amazon Pay balance, and 10% cashback of up to Rs 100 on purchases made using Amazon Pay UPI. There will also be exchange offers up to Rs 25,000.
