Shailene Martinez described the interview questions as the “weirdest” and “stupidest” questions she had heard in her life.

Bad interview experiences are not uncommon at all and many of you may have appeared for interviews that did not go as planned. From being late to your interview session to not answering questions properly or dressing inappropriately, there are many ways in which you can mess up an interview. However, a woman in America has mishandled a lifelong memory of an interview in a way none of you could have imagined. He accidentally sent embarrassing footage of himself mocking interview questions to his potential employer. He has now posted the same video on his Tiktok account so that everyone can witness his goofiness.

Shailene Martinez applied for the position of flight attendant at SkyWest Airlines. The virtual interview required him to answer a question and send it to the company as a recording. However, Chaylene called a friend to help her answer the question, unaware that the camera had already started rolling. To make things worse, he had to submit the same recording as no further attempts were allowed. The video was later circulated on other social media platforms as well.

On a voice call with her friend, she described the interview question as the “cutest” and “stupidest” question she had heard in her life. She was asked to express her opinion on SkyWest’s company culture and how it resonated with her. With no clue it was being recorded, he said, ‘We were just talking about mission statements at work – you know how every company has a mission statement like that? So anyway, I was going to say… but I can’t say it properly and you have to record yourself saying, It’s so weird.”

Soon, she realized that the video was being recorded and said ‘oh no’ with a look of concern on her face. She said she was sorry and was unaware that the recording had already started. She shared the clip with the caption ‘Definitely not getting the job. Sorry, SkyWest’. Later in a follow-up video, she even said that her current employer had seen the video and learned that she was looking for a job change.
