AMP Energy India commissions 5 MW solar power project for pharma company BSV

New Delhi: AMP Energy India commissioned a 5 MW solar power plant for vaccine biopharmaceutical major BSV, the company said in a statement.

The solar project, commissioned in the last quarter of 2022, supplies solar power from AMP’s open access facility in Osmanabad district to BSV’s manufacturing facility in Ambernath, Maharashtra.

The partnership will meet approximately 65% ​​of BSV’s annual energy needs helping it achieve 35% savings on its overall energy cost on a year-on-year basis.
