Ingredients of Amritsari Paneer Tikka (Amritsar Paneer Tikka Ingredients):

  • 200g Monography
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • to oil
  • 1 tsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • water

Recipe (Recipe):

  1. First of all, in a mixing bowl add carom seeds, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste and salt as per your taste and mix well.
