The official Twitter handle of the YSR Congress Party was hacked on Saturday.
Hackers flooded the handle with pictures of Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), a non-fungible token (NFT) used for trading in the cryptocurrency market.
Confirming that the website was hacked, Andhra Pradesh Chief Digital Director Devendra Reddy Gurumpati said that they are resolving the issue with Twitter authorities.
He told PTI-language, “We have complained to Twitter and they are working on it. It is expected to be resolved soon.
