Google has updated its chart showing the percentage of Android devices running different versions of the OS, but there are still no details about Android 12’s adoption rate, reports 9To5Google.

Devices on Android 11 and newer now make up the biggest single slice of the pie, up from 24.2 percent to 28.3 percent, according to new 2022 distribution figures.

The popularity of Samsung devices and the company keeping its affordable devices updated, even up to Android 12, comes as no surprise, the report said. As per the report, the lack of data for Android 12 in this latest chart is related to its intended purpose for Android developers.

To match this, the share of devices still on Android 10 has dropped to 23.9 percent, from 26.5 percent in November.
