Apollo Pipes on Thursday announced that its board will meet next week on Friday, October 22, to consider the proposal to issue bonus shares against equity shares of the company. Shares of Apollo Pipes were trading up over 2% ₹1,963 each on the BSE in opening deals.
“.. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 22nd October, 2021, to, inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended To consider the proposal to issue bonus shares on equity shares of the company on September 30, 2021 and any other matter deemed fit by the Board,” Apollo Pipes informed in an exchange filing today.
APL Apollo Pipes is a top leading PVC pipe manufacturer in India. The stock has gained more than 175% so far this year (year-over-year or YTD). The stock has given a multibagger return of 400% in a span of one year.
Further, the Company informed that in terms of the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window has already been opened on 1st October, 2015. Closed since 2021 and will reopen on October 25, 2021.
