Google has announced Apple Music Support for Nest and other Assistant-enabled smart speakers and displays. The company has expanded Apple Music support to India, Australia, Canada. Mexico And South Korea,
Starting today, users living in these regions can now ask their smart speakers and displays to play their favorite music on Apple Music.
Apple Music subscribers can search and play songs, albums and playlists using just their voice. Users can also use your Google Assistant to play music by genre, mood or activity.
In addition, users can also set Apple Music as their default music streaming service in the Google Home app.
How to Enable Apple Music on Your Google Next and Other Smart Speakers
To set up Apple Music on your device, first link your Apple Music account with the Google Home app. Once it’s set up, you can easily queue up your favorite playlist or artist to play on your connected device.
Note that Apple Music is a subscription-based service and to use the feature on Google Assistant smart speakers and displayers, users will need to have an active subscription plan. Apple Music subscription is available as an individual plan or family plan that costs Rs 99 per month and Rs 130 per month respectively.
