The first public rally of Telangana’s ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi will be held in Khammam city on Wednesday and several leaders, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, are scheduled to participate.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, his Kerala counterpart Pinarayi Vijayan, CPI general secretary D Raja and Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav will attend the BRS meeting.

The rally assumes political significance as it is the first public meeting after TRS decided to rename itself BRS and also because of leaders from various opposition parties – BRS, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Samajwadi Party and Left parties – in attendance. Will.
