The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), which has won the Punjab Assembly elections, will hold a roadshow in Amritsar today in which party’s national convener Arvind Kejriwal will also attend. On Sunday, both the leaders will pay obeisance at the Golden Temple, Durgiana Temple and Shri Ram Tirath Temple.
Punjab CM will also be nominated in the roadshow Bhagwant Mannu Those who are all set to take oath on March 16. The swearing-in ceremony of Bhagwant Mann will be held on March 16 in Khatkar Kalan, the native village of great freedom fighter Bhagat Singh.
“We will seek Guru Sahib’s blessings to fulfill the promises made to the people of Punjab. Our national convener Arvind Kejriwal is coming to Amritsar (for the roadshow) today to thank the people of the state,” Bhagwant Mann said in Sangrur as reported by the news agency. ANI,
Mann said that historic decisions will be taken soon after the government is formed after the swearing-in ceremony.
He said, “People from all over Punjab will come to the function, and they will also pay tribute to Bhagat Singh. We will have a good cabinet, and historic decisions, which have never been done before, will be taken by the new government. So, you wait.” Will happen.”
Mann has invited Delhi Chief Minister and AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal for the swearing-in ceremony.
Mann and Kejriwal will hold a roadshow in Amritsar on March 13 to mark the party’s victory in the assembly elections.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) registered a landslide victory in the Punjab elections with 92 seats, marginalizing most of its rivals. The Congress won 18 seats in the 117-member assembly.
It decimated the Congress and the SAD-BSP alliance and its candidates defeated several stalwarts including outgoing Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, SAD patron Parkash Singh Badal and former Chief Minister Amarinder Singh.
