On Wednesday, Aryan Khan’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi, co-accused Arbaaz Merchant’s lawyer Amit Desai and Munmun Dhamecha’s counsel Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh completed their arguments.

After the hearing that lasted over two hours, Justice Sambre said he would hear Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh, representing the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), on Thursday.
“Tomorrow we’ll try to put an end to it,” the judge said.
Aryan Khan (23), Merchant and Dhamecha along with others were arrested on 3 October following a raid by the NCB on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast and the alleged seizure of drugs.
He approached the High Court last week after his bail plea was rejected by a special court for NDPS Act cases.
